Job description
As operator of the central alarm system, you are responsible for the follow-up of alarm signals coming from our clients, using the appropriate procedures. You are responsible for ensuring continuity of our services, and will provide our clients with telephone assistance in order to help them in the best way possible.
Profile
- You are perfectly bilingual (Dutch & French), and you have a good knowledge of English;
- You have a diploma secondary education;
- You are disciplined, responsible and are able to work autonomously
- You have successfully completed the ‘operator’ course and received a certificate, in accordance with the Law Tobback.
